Simon Vane Percy

Simon Vane Percy, CEO, has worked in public relations for over 30 years. His experience spans the UK, Europe, the US, South Africa and Australasia. Simon’s experience covers some of the world’s largest blue chip organisations including British Airways, Mercedes Benz, Anderson Consulting, Rothmans, Apple, IBM, Shell, Siemens, Eli Lilly, Monsanto, Johnson & Johnson and Roche.
He has experience in a variety of disciplines including media relations, crisis management, pre-marketing strategy, corporate consulting and working with pressure groups (two of which Vane Percy and Roberts has launched).
Simon established Vane Percy & Roberts (then known as Vane Percy & Roberts) in 1993 and has successfully developed it to an organisation which boasts an impressive resume of clients and partners alike.

Sarah Roberts
Sarah Roberts has worked with Vane Percy & Roberts for over 17 years, becoming a partner 7 years ago. Since graduating from Kingston Business School Sarah has managed a range of global and UK based communications projects which have incorporated public affairs, political support, media liaison and crisis management principles. She has experience in providing high level consultancy to a number of sectors on both a corporate and product/service related basis. Having worked across both public and private sectors. Having been seconded to a major global pharmaceutical company on a number of occasions Sarah also has considerable experience in helping organisations review their communications and develop more effective communications strategies.

Kerry Saunders
Kerry Saunders (previously Cieplak) has worked with Vane Percy & Roberts for over 6 years and is a well regarded and valuable member of the team. Kerry provides invaluable support across the business ensuring continuity and a well-informed point of contact available at all times. Whilst the senior consultants are available 24 x 7 we recognise that some questions require an answer and some requests need actioning immediately and cannot wait for a meeting to end, for example.

Rachel Tallent
Rachel joined Vane Percy & Roberts in 2011 on an apprenticeship scheme. She has fast become a valuable member of the team providing support to the senior executives and working alongside Kerry Saunders on key research projects.
